At P448, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and original-condition sneakers. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your sneakers in the original P448 box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
